Heather Fletcher serves as Executive Business Partner at SESAC Performing Rights, a subsidiary of SESAC Music Group. Fletcher has been with SESAC for over 15 years, having started in the licensing department and most recently serving as Vice President of Royalty Distribution. In her time at SESAC, she has been instrumental in upgrading royalty systems and ensuring SESAC affiliates are paid fairly for their work, as well as building a strong team of royalty professionals.

In her current role, she leverages her broad understanding of SESAC Performing Rights to assist the President & COO in matters of business strategy, spearheads process improvements across the business, assists with special projects, and offers administrative support as needed.

Fletcher graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Music Business and is a member of the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music.
